CONSERVATIVE FINANCIAL + BUDGETARY MANAGEMENT

• Reinstated the Budget Board

• Negotiated $3.5 MILLION settlement for transmission line over county owned property.

• Re-negotiated ALL standing county contracts, significantly increasing monthly income for the county.

• Identified account with $12M on deposit, gaining only .01% interest

◦ Re-negotiated terms by opening up to other banks for bid increasing from $103/mo to $45,000/mo.

◦ Current savings: $411,961 in just 11 months.

COUNTY MANAGEMENT + OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

ARPA FUNDING DISTRIBUTED:

• Spearheaded whole courthouse generator project by securing ARPA funding

• Upgrades to the Alan J. Couch Juvenile Detention Center

• Cleveland County Detention Center Body Scanners

• Revitalization of Fairgrounds + New Exhibit Hall

• Demolition of County Election Board Building; Remodel and relocation of Election Board

• Added Audio/Visual to courtrooms + Commissioners' meeting room

• New Air Handlers at courthouse

ECONOMIC GROWTH

• Revitalization of Fairgrounds, which will lead to bringing in new events and ultimately revenue to Cleveland County

• Startup 405 Business Incubator Funding through ARPA allocations

• Assisted Cleveland County Economic Development Coalition on re-locating businesses into Cleveland County

• Worked with South OKC Chamber on promoting business development south of Will

Rogers World Airport

• Partnered with Aerospace development at Oklahoma Max Westheimer Airport

INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE

• Chartered relationships with Native American tribes including Absentee Shawnee and Citizen Pottawatomie Nation

• Secured donations from respective tribes for asphalt and bridge projects with three future projects in the works

• Completed approximately:

◦ 90 miles - chip + seal roads

◦ 23 miles - paved roads

◦ 6 miles - solid surface (formerly gravel)

• Over 7,500 miles of shoulder mowing

• Allocated ARPA Funds to replace aging equipment for road crews; Some trucks over 25 years old
